Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be understanding and flexible where possible.

24-Hour Notice Required

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost.

Failed Appointments

If you are not present at the agreed appointment time and location, or we are unable to gain access to your property, this will be treated as a failed appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on its own merits.
